Boyle’s collection of one off prints came about after experimenting with colour and shapes on a geliplate. The Idea of creating, ‘Creatures’, to go on top of the print came about after helping one of her friends with his online dating profile. It got her thinking about her, ‘Beings’, that she draws after meditation and how they would be received on a dating app for weird creatures. Then she thought about what their tagline would be if they were trying to get chosen by humans to be taken home as helpful novelty pet like things.
