Boyle has spent less time in the studio this year due to moving house and personal challenges, but remained committed to creating, returning to her Gelli plate practice. This body of work, titled ‘Feel the Fear’, is inspired by one of her favourite self-development books, Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers.

While undergoing hypnotherapy to address lifelong insomnia, Boyle found herself confronting deeply rooted, fear-based patterns during an already unsettling period. These works capture that fragile time of transition before a new chapter in her life begins.

These are all unique one off prints created with two or three layers of Acrylic on a Geliplate, with collage elements incorporated.
